Local 2612 would like to congratulate and wish our brothers FF Jim Arnce and FF Jim Eliasen a safe, relaxed, and happy life as they join the honored in the land of retirement.  Both Jim's will be missed in their leadership, love of the men and job, and work ethic equaled by few.
 
Firefighter Jim Arnce served the people of Sedgwick County for 31 years and left behind a legacy of smiles, laughter, and buckets of sweat, mostly on the patients. Jim left SCFD as an "A" Shift Steward and still is an active participant within our union.  Thanks for the continued support and you will have ours in all your endeavors.

Firefighter Jim Eliasen served the people of Sedgwick County for 19 years and leaves us unfortunately too soon, but as Jimbo says....well, we can't print that here.  The members of this Union would also like to thank Jim for his years of dedicated service to Local 2612 as the Sec/Treasurer.  Jim took on the task of making sure we were always up to date within our ranks, on track within our ethics, and always had an ear to bend for guidance.
